T.J. Warren from NC State Wins StatSheet NCAA Player of the Week - March 10th, 2014

With two outings that included a team season high in scoring, T.J. Warren, a 6-8 sophomore from NC State, has earned the StatSheet NCAA Player of the Week. Devin Williams from West Virginia is the StatSheet NCAA Freshman of the Week and StatSheet's NCAA 6th Man of the Week is Marquette's Todd Mayo.

Maryland Surprises No. 5 Virginia 75-69 in OT

Maryland squared off with No. 5 Virginia on Sunday, Mar. 9 and defeated the Cavaliers 75-69 in overtime. The Terrapins move to 0-5 versus AP-Ranked teams this season with the win. The Terrapins were led by Evan Smotrycz, who put up 13 points and five rebounds. Seth Allen had a game-high 20 points and added two rebounds. Malcolm Brogdon got 12 points and seven assists for the Cavaliers.

Maryland was down 29-28 at the half, but then played much better in the second half and ended up winning big. With a record of 2-0, the Terrapins remain undefeated against Virginia Tech this season. Maryland Drops One to Clemson 77-73 in 2OT

On Sunday, Mar. 2, Maryland was clipped by Clemson 77-73 in double overtime. Seth Allen got a team-high 20 points and six rebounds in the loss.
